I have found a terrific framer just north of Lincolnville on Route 1. She gives a generous discount to artists and several people who know what they are talking about have told me – unsolicited -that the framed pieces I have received from Christine are absolutely top quality.  I like her willingness to find inexpensive frames when needed and she discounts in-stock frames substantially. I’ve never been disappointed- everything looks incredible when I get it. She delivers to Portland too. Bliss. 789-5500.

(One of my clients gave me an ancient ratty old boat poster to frame that he had stored behind his office door for 20 years. Christine made it into a gorgeous and expensive-looking piece of artwork for a very reasonable investment and he was so blown away he was speechless. Well, I’ve gotten three more pieces to frame for him as a result. Can’t complain about that. Good partners like Christine just generate more business for their clients.)
